2018/04/21  Yoshiki and Marilyn Manson at Coachella!

Collaboration with Marilyn Manson is one of the big news stories surrounding the X Japan Coachella show. It was announced that he would be joining X Japan on stage during the second weekend of Coachella 2018, and it made headlines.

He implied on his Twitter that he has been banned from Coachella in the past for one reason or another, but this must have been a surprise to him to be able to attend Coachella.

Marilyn Manson covered “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)” by EURYTHMICS with YOSHIKI’s piano performance. When YOSHIKI played the characteristic intro on the piano, the audience cheered at once. It was impressive to see YOSHIKI smiling and making eye contact with Marilyn Manson.
