Seishiro Kato has been active in the entertainment industry since the age of 0 as a child actor. He became popular for his portrayal of Higuchi Yoroku (Naoe Kanetsugu’s childhood) in the historical drama “Tenchijin. He is also known for his roles as a child store manager in a Toyota Motor Corporation commercial and as Rantaro in the movie “Nintama Rantaro”.
